摘　　要：[目的]分析自负额度调整对就医行为的影响。[方法]建立住院人均手术率的回归方程,对省级数据进行固定效应分析。[结果]自负额度与住院人均手术率正相关。[结论]适度降低自负额度,以提高医疗服务的可及性与公平性。Objective To analyze the effect of cost-sharing adjustment to healthcare choice. Methods To build a regression equation of inpatients surgery rate per capita, fixed-effect analyzes to cross-province data. Results The correlation is positive between the adjustment of cost-sharing and inpatients surgery rate per capita. Conclusions It is necessary to improve accessibility and fairness of medical services and fairness through reducing level of cost-sharing moderately.
