摘　　要：介绍了机电一体化技术的相关背景,基于当前技术的发展和社会对于机电一体化人才要求变化的考虑,通过对比分析一些现行人才培养模式的优缺点,提出了机电一体化人才培养的新模式,并以海南大学机电工程学院为例总结了学生机电一体化能力培养采取的主要措施,可为其它学校进行机电一体化人才培养的研究提供参考.In the report,the background of the electromechanical integration technology was introduced.Based on the development of technology and social demand,the advantages and disadvantages of some existing personnel training mode were compared,and some new models for talent cultivating was proposed.College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hainan University was used as an example to summarize some major measures on mechatronics talent training,which can provide some important references for the studies of electromechanical integration in other schools.
