摘 要:目的了解深圳市医疗机构传染病漏报情况,进一步提高传染病疫情报告质量。方法对2005-2011年深圳市医疗机构传染病漏报调查资料进行统计分析。结果 2005-2011年深圳市传染病总漏报率为1.66%;其中,甲、乙、丙类传染病漏报率分别为0.00%、1.77%和1.52%,乙、丙类传染病漏报率差异无统计学意义;各病种中,漏报率居前五位的病种分别是疟疾、肺结核、猩红热、麻疹和流行性腮腺炎;门诊和化验室的漏报率分别为2.00%和1.96%,明显高于住院部(0.62%);传染病报告及时率为98.14%,报告卡填写完整率和准确率分别为95.78%和92.64%。结论近年来深圳市传染病漏报率不断下降,报告质量不断提高,这与一系列综合管理措施落实到位密不可分,在今后的工作中,医院信息管理系统可成为减少漏报,提高报告质量的重要辅助工具。Objective To investigate the missing reports of infectious diseases in medical institutions of Shenzhen City so as to further improve the quality of infectious disease surveillance reporting. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the surveyed data concerning the missing reports of infectious diseases in medical institutions of Shenzhen City from 2005 to 2011. Results The average missing report rate was 1.66 % in Shenzhen City during 2005 - 2011, of which the missing report rates of category A, 13 and C notifiable diseases were 0.00%, 1.77% and 1.52%, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the missing report rates of category B and C notifiable diseases. The top 5 infectious diseases with highest missing re- port rate were malaria, pulmonary tuberculosis, scarlet fever, measles and mumps. The missing report rates of infectious disea~ in outpatient and laboratory departments were 2.00 % and 1.96 % respectively, which were significantly higher than that of in- patient department (0.62 % ). The timely reporting rate of infectious diseases was 98.14 %, and the completeness and accuracy rates of reporting card filling were 95.78 % and 92.64 %, respectively. Conclusions The missing report rate of infectious diseases is declining but the quality of the reports is improving in recent years, which are closely related to implementing a series of comprehensive administration measures. Hospital information administration system can be used as an important assistant tool to decrease the missing reports of infectious diseases and improve the quality of reports in future.
