摘 要:主要介绍了传统蓄电池与锂离子蓄电池技术的发展现状,对比不同体系锂离子电池的优缺点,介绍了磷酸铁锂蓄电池在特装车供电系统中的设计情况及使用模式,分析了环境温度、大电流充电、过充、过放、过载、短路等故障模式对其应用的影响,通过原材料改进、结构优化、电池管理系统实时监测保护等措施加以解决,极大地提高了磷酸铁锂蓄电池的可靠性和稳定性,满足供电系统的设计需求。This article mainly introduces the current situation of development for the technique of traditional storage batteries and lithium-ions batteries, compares the advantages and disadvantages of different systems for lithi-um-ion battery , introduces the designed situation and using model of lithium-irons phosphate batteries in power sup-ply system of special vehicle , analyses the effect to the appliance of ambient temperature;bulk charge;overchar-ging;overfall;over loading and short circuit , solves the problem through the measure of improvement of raw materi-al, optimization of structure , real-time monitoring defending of battery management system , greatly improves the dependability and stabilization of lithium iron phosphate batteries , satisfies the designed requirement of power sup-ply system.
