摘　　要：本文简要介绍了夹马口灌区概况和内部管理情况,从干渠传统管理的相关指标入手,介绍了干渠站工作的特殊性和运作方式,提出了存在的问题;从适时利用率的概念入手,详细论述了具体操作流程、影响因素和作用意义,并就进一步提高适时利用率的准确性和工作效率提出了新的建议。In the paper, general situation and internal management condition of Jiamakou irrigation area are briefly introduced, It starts with related indicators of trunk traditional management. Specialty and operating mode of trunk station operation are introduced, existing problems are raised. Concrete operation flow, influence factor and effect significance are described in detail from the concept of timely utilization rate. New suggestions are proposed for further improving timely utilization rate accuracy and operating efficiency.
