摘　　要：对疾控文化建设的背景、作用、建设必要性进行分析,指出文化建设处于"隐性管理"的地位,但其渐进性的潜移默化作用已经在整个管理中越来越重要。该机构通过开展中心核心价值体系提炼活动、开展名言警句氛围布置活动、相关文化元素布置、品牌建设与宣传、创新媒体平台打造、开展疾控特色的道德讲堂活动等一系列途径,加强疾控机构的文化建设,进行了有益的探索。提出疾控文化建设应坚持以人为本的方向、坚持持续创新、坚持文化先进性和发挥"生产力"作用。The background of function, necessity of the culture construction in CDCs was analyzed in the paper. The author point out that cultural construction is a larval way of administration, but its function appear more and more important. The agency through the development of central core value system refines activity, carrying out the famous aphorisms atmosphere layout activities, cultural elements arrangement, the brand construction and advertising, building creative media platform, holding the moral lectures with characteristics of disease control to strengthen the cultural construction of disease control agency, has carried on the beneficial exploration.Putting people first, continuous innovation, following the direction of advanced culture and playing the role of “productivity” were put forward for culture construction in the disease control agency in this paper.
