4种杀虫剂对鸭脚木星室木虱若虫的室内毒力及林间防效

摘　　要：为了寻找出对鸭脚木星室木虱(Pseudophacopteron alstonium)高效、持效、安全的杀虫剂,通过室内毒力试验和林间药效试验研究4种杀虫剂对鸭脚木星室木虱若虫的防治效果。结果表明,高效氟氯氰和阿维菌素对鸭脚木星室木虱若虫的室内杀虫效果较好,阿维啶虫脒和吡虫啉则较差。但林间应用时,阿维啶虫脒和阿维菌素对鸭脚木星室木虱羽化出孔的抑制能力较强,林间施药阿维啶虫脒或阿维菌素250倍液28天后,鸭脚木星室木虱若虫的死亡率均达64%以上。To find out a effective and safe insecticide to control the Pseudophacopteron alstonium Yang et Li, 4 kinds of insecticides were evaluated through both laboratory toxicity tests and field trials. The results showed that the insecticidal effect of beta-cyfluthrin and avermectin on the nymphae of Pseudophacopteron alstonium were better than that of avermectin.acetamiprid and imidacloprid in the laboratory. The efficacy of avermectin, acetamiprid and avermectin were better in restraining the eclosion of Pseudophacopteron alstonium in the field. The nymphae mortality rate ofPseudophacopteron alstoniurn was above 64% after using avermectin acetamiprid （diluted 250 times） or avermectin （diluted 250 times） for 28d in the field.
