修薄股前外皮瓣移植足踝创伤创面的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究修薄股前外皮瓣移植治疗足踝创伤创面的疗效。方法将2012年1月-2013年12月在该院接受修薄股前外皮瓣修复治疗的足踝创伤创面患者纳入研究的观察组,2011年1月-2012年12月在该院接受腓肠神经营养皮瓣修复治疗的足踝创伤创面患者纳入研究的对照组,比较两组患者的创面愈合情况、供区皮肤愈合情况、行走能力恢复情况以及总体生活质量。结果 1创面愈合情况:观察组的创面愈合程度优于对照组,创面愈合时间、供区皮肤结痂时间均短于对照组;2步行能力:观察组的Holden步行能力、FAC步行能力均好于对照组;3生活质量:观察组患者的社会功能、情绪功能以及精神健康评分均高于对照组。结论修薄股前外皮瓣修复能够创面愈合、改善行走功能、提高生活质量,具有积极的临床价值。【Objective】To study the effect of thinned anterolateral femoral flap transplantation in treating foot and ankle wound.【Methods】Foot and ankle wound patients received thinned anterolateral femoral flap transplantation from 2012 January to 2013 December in our hospital were enrolled in observation group and patients received sural neurovascular flap transplantation from 2011 January to 2012 December in our hospital were enrolled in control group. Then wound healing condition, donor skin healing condition, restoration of walking ability and overall quality of life were compared.【Results】1Wound healing condition： wound healing level of observation group were better than control group, wound healing time, donor skin crusting time were shorter than control group; 2 walking ability： Holden walking ability and FAC walking ability of observation group were better than control group; 3quality of life： social function, emotional function and mental health scores of observation group were higher than control group. 【Conclusion】Anterolateral crural flap has positive clinical value for it can improve wound healing, walking function and quality of life.
