两种方法治疗PICC所致局部湿疹效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨两种方法治疗经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)所致局部湿疹效果及总结护理要点。方法将40例PICC置管后发生湿疹患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各20例。对照组患者采用庆大霉素加地塞米松混合液湿敷后加IV3000透明敷料固定PICC;实验组患者采用庆大霉素加地塞米松混合液湿敷后加银离子抗菌敷料固定PICC。比较两组患者治疗效果及治愈时间。结果实验组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,治愈时间明显短于对照组(均P<O.01)。结论庆大霉素加地塞米松混合液湿敷联合银离子敷料治疗PICC所致局部湿疹疗效确切,方法简单。ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness of two ways in the treatment of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）-related eczema.Methods Fourty patients with PICC-related eczema were randomly assigned to control group and experiment group.Both were treated by wet dressing with gentamicin and dexamethasone mixture.Differently,the PICCs in the control group were fixed with IV3000 transparent dressing,while those were fixed with silver ions wound dressings in the latter.They were prepared in terms of curative effect and healing time.Result The cure rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01） and the healing time was significantly shorter （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The silver ions wound dressing combined with gentamicin and dexamethasone mixture in the treatment of PICC-related eczema is effective and simple.
