基于地域文化的高校图书馆特藏建设研究——以淮海工学院为例

摘　　要：建设以地域文化为主要内容的特色馆藏,为地方的发展提供信息服务,对于高校图书馆可持续发展具有重要意义。以淮海工学院图书馆为例,论述了连云港特色文化的内容及特点,以及高校图书馆加强地方特色文献建设的作用,提出了建设特色馆藏的具体措施。The characteristic collec tion with characteristics of regional culture as a channel of information for regional all-around development is important for the sustainable development of university libraries. By making a case study of the library of Huaihai Institute of Technology, this article elaborates the content and characteristics of Lianyungang culture as well as the library＇s role in the development of reglional characteristic collection, and proposes the measures of characteristic collection development.
