摘　　要：分析了国内外海洋主题公园建设的现状,结合连云港拥有丰富的山海文化资源实际,探讨了兴建海洋主题公园的意义,从规划、区位、交通、土地、生态旅游等方面分析连云新城建设海洋主题公园的各项条件,在海洋主题公园的定位、项目区块设计构想、资金筹措与运作方式等方面提出了建议。Analysis of the current situation of domestic and international marine theme park construction, combining with the actual Lianyungang Shanhai culture resource rich, discusses the significance of the construction of the marine theme park, analysis the condition of Lianyun metro construction marine theme park from the aspects of planning, location, transportation, land, ecological tourism, recommendations, in the marine theme park location the project design concept, fund raising and operation mode etc.
