摘　　要：军队农场是国家为保障军事供给在农业生产中宏观调控的产物,是中国农业生产的重要力量。文章分析了军队农场在体制、生产经营、决策、技术体系和管理等方面的自身特点,提出了在新形势下军队农场因其固有特性所面临的挑战,并提出了发展对策。The army farms are the products of the macroeconomic regulation in agricultural production by the State in order to ensure the military supplies,they play very important roles in China＆#39;s agricultural production. The characteristics of the army farms in the aspect of the system,production management, decision making technology system and management are an-alyzed. The challenges which the army farms are facing because of their inherent characteristics under the new situation and the countermeasures for their further development are put forward.
