摘　　要：新型城镇化建设是全面建设小康社会的重要载体，是解决“三农”问题的有效途径，是发展中国特色社会主义的保障措施，也是实现“中国梦”的具体要求，可以说，推进新型城镇化至关重要。但是，在当前推进新型城镇化的过程中也存在着一些不容忽视的问题，这些问题制约着新型城镇化的发展进程。对此，我国必须立足实际，积极地解决新型城镇化发展中出现的各种问题，创新思维，更新观念，走出一条符合中国国情的新型城镇化道路。New pattern urbanization construct is the important carrier to build a well-off society in an all-round way and it is also the valid approach to resolve the rural issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. Besides, it is both the safeguards to develop soeialism with Chinese characteristics and the specific demands to realize ＂China Dream＂.In another words, it is of vital importance to accelerate new pattern urbanization. However, during the current process to promote new pattern urbanization, there exists several problems that cannot be ignored, which limit its development. In accordance with such kind of current situation, our country must base on our practice and actively resolve all kinds of problems appeared in the development of new pattern urbanization. What＇ s more, we should cultivate innovative thinking and update the old ideas in order to persist in the course of new pattern urbanization that is consistent with the China＇s conditions.
