厄贝沙坦配合左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨厄贝沙坦与左旋氨氯地平联合对高血压的疗效。方法 收集我院2012年1月-2013年12月收治的100例高血压病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组50例,观察组50例,对照组单用左旋氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组采取左旋氨氯地平和厄贝沙坦联合治疗,对两组患者的疗效进行对比分析。结果 两组患者治疗后血压均有下降,观察组血压下降显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。对照组治疗有效率为70.0%,观察组治疗有效率为92.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采取左旋氨氯地平和厄贝沙坦联合治疗高血压效果显著,疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective Irbesartan and explore joint levamlodipine treatment of hypertension. Results Two groups of patients were decreased after treatment, blood pressure, Blood pressure was significantly decreased in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）. The control group was 70.0% effective, Observation group therapy effective rate was 92.0%.（P〈0.05） difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Taking L-amlodipine combination therapy of hypertension irbesartan significant effect, Curative effect, High safety, Worthy of further clinical use.
