发展绿色造船，进一步提升国渌竞争力

摘　　要：绿色造船的目标是使船舶在设计、制造、服役和退役的全寿命周期中．力求资源利用率最高，废弃物和有害排放物最少，对环境影响最小，从而提高经济效益和社会效益。文章分析了我国船舶产业的现状及存在的问题，就发展绿色造船、进一步提升国际竟争力提出建议及对策。Green Ship-building aims at the highest utilization ratio of resources, the least discharging of harmful wastes, the least influence to natural environment and the highest economic and social efficiency during the whole longevity of the ship including its designing, building, service and retireness. In this paper, the state and existing problems are analyzed to our ship-building enterprises; And some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward on Green Ship-building for raising our international competitiveness.
