摘 要:针对内置式永磁同步电机,提出一种可在宽转速范围运行的无位置传感器直接转矩控制方法。在直接转矩控制中,定子磁链的估算和控制是算法实施的关键。为保证在宽转速范围内准确估算定子磁链,当电机静止和低速运行时,利用旋转高频注入方法得到电机实时三相电感,结合相电流得到由定子电流产生的磁链分量,并综合转子磁链分量得到定子磁链;当电机中高速运行时,使用反电动势滤波估算定子磁链。根据所得定子磁链,结合基于转矩角的直接转矩控制方法控制电机运转,并使用滞环方法保证低速与中高速运行之间平滑过渡。实验结果表明,该无位置传感器控制方法在包含静止的宽转速范围内能稳定带载运行,并具有良好的动静态性能。A sensorless direct torque control (DTC) method with wide speed range is proposed for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMs).The estimation and control of stator flux linkage is very important for DTC.For this reason,in the range of low speed and motionless,the rotating high frequency injection method is employed to calculate the phase inductance in real time,which is used to calculate the stator flux excited by phase currents.The rotor flux is also introduced as the composition of the stator flux.In the range of middle and high speed,the stator flux is estimated by filtering EMF.The combined stator flux estimated method is used to a torque angle based DTC method,and hysteresis method is introduced for the transition between high and low speed.Experimental results show the method has good load capacity in wide speed range containing motionless,and with fine static and dynamic performance.
