摘  要:为了解决现有大功率整流系统的直流大电流难以精确测量问题,提出了一种基于阀侧电流间接实现直流大电流波形反演与计算的方法。首先分析现有测量原理及其存在的问题,并通过变压器电磁耦合、开关函数法对交直流电流之间的对应关系进行了推导与分析。在此基础上,给出了基于阀侧交流电流检测实现大直流电流计算的测试方案,并进行相应的仿真与实验研究。仿真与实验研究结果表明了新方案的正确性与可行性,为大功率整流系统进行各供电装备和系统效率核算以及实现节能提供依据。In order to solve the problem of the heavy direct current accurate measurement in the high-power industry rectifier system,a new measuring method of heavy direct current based on the waveforms measuring in valve currents is presented.According the conventional measuring method and related problems,the corresponding relationship between the current of valve side and DC side are deduced and analyzed by the transformer electromagnetic coupling and switch function method.Then,a detailed measuring scheme is presented from the waveforms measuring of valve currents to direct current inversion and calculation.In last,the simulation and testing results are used to show the correctness and feasibility of the new method,and it is hoped to solve the problem of power supply equipments and system's efficiency accounting and provide data for energy saving.
