摘  要:目的:观察加味补阳还五汤联合532 nm激光治疗对糖尿病动物模型视网膜病变的影响。方法:50只地鼠随机分为正常对照组、阴性对照组、中药治疗组、激光治疗组、中药联合激光治疗组5组,每组10只。除正常对照组外余组地鼠均以腹腔注射左链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病动物模型,造模成功后分别给予相应的治疗。每日行眼底检查,每2 w行血糖、眼底彩照及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查。结果:造模后阴性对照组血糖值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),经治疗后3组治疗组血糖较阴性对照组有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。眼底彩照检查结果:中药治疗组、激光治疗组、中药联合激光治疗组较阴性对照组眼底黄白色病灶及红色点状病灶均有吸收,中药联合激光治疗组效果较为明显,病变基本完全吸收。FFA检查结果:中药治疗组、激光治疗组、中药联合激光治疗组较阴性对照组视网膜平均循环时间延迟改善,荧光渗漏有所减轻,中药联合激光治疗组渗漏明显减轻。中药联合激光治疗组较激光治疗组激光斑渗漏明显减轻。结论:加味补阳还五汤和532nm激光治疗对于糖尿病动物模型可以促进其视网膜病变的消退,且中药可以减轻激光造成的视网膜损伤。Objective :To observe effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction and laser on retinopathy in hamster with dia- betes. Method: 50 Syria golden hamsters were randomly divided into the normal control group, negative control group, TCM treatment group,532nm laser treatment group,532nm laser and TCM treatment group (n=10). The diabetes models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The hamsters in each group were given corresponding treatment. Eye fundus was examined every day,glucose was detected,color fundus photograph and fluorescein angiography were performed every two weeks. Results:The glucose of the negative control group was significantly higher than that of normal control group(P〈0.01 ). Compared with the negative control group,glucose of three treatment groups showed downtrend 'after treat- ment,but there was no statistical significance (/*〉0.05). Retinal damages caused by diabetes were milder, mean retinal circu- lation time was shortened in treatment groups than that in negative control group according to the data from color fundus photograph and fluorescein angiography. Conclusion:Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction and 532 nm laser can promote the regression of diabetes retinopathy in animal models and Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction can reduce the retinal damage caused by laser.
