摘  要:目的:优选出适合不同产地的药材柴胡挥发油中药效成分的气相色谱条件,并进行定性定量分析。方法:利用挥发油提取器法提取柴胡中的挥发油,同时采用气相色谱法对11个不同产地的柴胡挥发油进行分析,确定所含药效成分的种类及其含量。结果:测得喀旗锦山镇、内蒙古、海拉尔、山西家种、山西吕梁、山西野生(1)6个产地的柴胡挥发油中含有药效成分4-甲氧基苯乙酮,含量依次为3.784 mg/100 g、0.432 mg/100 g、1.77 mg/100 g、3.042 mg/100 g、0.324 mg/100 g、0.264 mg/100 g;喀旗锦山镇、内蒙古、山西野生(2)、张家口、山西吕梁5个产地的柴胡挥发油中含有药效成分丁香酚,含量依次为0.022 mg/100 g、0.034 mg/100 g、0.051 mg/100 g、0.059 mg/100 g、0.156 mg/100 g;喀旗锦山镇、海拉尔、山西家种、山西吕梁、山西野生(1)5个产地柴胡挥发油中药效成分4-甲氧基苯乙酮气相色谱分析的最佳条件为色谱柱初始温度50℃(不保持),后以5℃/min升至170℃(保持30 min),再以20℃/min升至230℃(保持10 min);内蒙古柴胡挥发油药效成分4-甲氧基苯乙酮和喀旗锦山镇、内蒙古、山西野生(2)、张家口、山西吕梁5个产地柴胡挥发油中药效成分丁香酚气相色谱分析的最佳条件为色谱柱初始温度50℃(不保持),后以5℃/min升至190℃(保持20 min),再以20℃/min升至230℃(保持20 min)。结论:确定了不同产地柴胡挥发油中药效成分的气相色谱分析的最佳条件,该方法简便、灵敏,可以准确测定柴胡挥发油中的有效成分。不同产地的柴胡挥发油中有效成分的种类及含量不同。Objective: We selected the conditions of gas chromatography to analyse the active ingredients in the volatile oil of radix buplenri from different regions and did the qualitative and the quantitative research on them. Method:We used water vapaior distillation to extract the volatile oil of radix bupleuri from eleven regions, and used gas chromatography to i- dentify the active ingredients and their contents. Results :There was 4-methoxy phenyl ethyl ketone in the volatile oil of radix bupleuri from Kaqi Jinshanzhen, Inner Mongolia, Hailaer, Shanxi seed, Shanxi Lvliang, Shanxi wild ( 1 )and the content was 3.784 mg/100 g,0.432 mg/100 g, 1.77 mg/100 g,3.042 mg/100 g,0.324 mg/100 g,0.264 mg/100 g respectively. There was eugenol in the volatile oil of radix bnpleuri from Kaqi Jinshanzhen,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi wild (2),Zhangjiakou,Shanxi Lvliang and the content was 0.022 rag/100 g,0.034 mg/100 g,0.051 rag/100 g,0.059 rag/100 g,0.156 rag/100 g in the or- der. The best temperature program which was used to research the 4-methoxy phenyl ethyl ketone in the volatile oil of radix bupleuri from Kaqi Jinshanzhen,Hailaer,Shanxi seed,Shanxi Lvliang,Shanxi wild (1)was that the initial temperature of achromatographic eolmnn was 50 ℃(not staying),with 5 ℃ / min to 170 ℃(keeping thirty minutes)and then with 20℃/ rain to 230 ℃(keeping ten minutes). The best temperature program which was used to research the 4-methoxy phenyl ethyl ketone in the volatile oil of radix bupleuri from Inner Mongolia and the eugenol in the volatile oil of radix bupleuri from Kaqi Jinshanzhen,lnner Mongolia,Shanxi wild (2),Zhangjiakou,Shanxi Lvliang was that the initial temperature of achromato- graphic column was 50 ℃(not staying),with 5 ℃ / rain to 190 ℃(keeping twenty minutes)and then with 20 ℃/rain to 230 ℃ (keeping twenty minutes).
