摘  要:目的研究小体积毛坯的温挤压成形工艺。方法介绍了温挤压和冷、热挤压工艺的特点。通过对小体积毛坯进行温挤压工艺试验,发现温挤压工艺的小体积毛坯温度降低较快,较难挤压成形,对模具寿命影响很大。提出过温挤压工艺方案,并对一种典型的小体积毛坯进行了试验。结果采用过温挤压工艺表面质量与温挤压工艺的表面质量没有明显区别。温挤压工艺可以生产出表面高质量的小体积毛坯。结论过温挤压工艺的提出对温挤压技术进行了补充,为小体积毛坯的制造提出了一个可行的工艺方案。Objective To study the warm extrusion forming process of small-volume blank. Methods Process character-istics of warm extrusion, cold extrusion and hot extrusion were introduced. Through the warm extrusion forming process test on the small-volume blank, it was found that the temperature decrease of the small-volume blank prepared by the warm ex-trusion process was relatively fast, leading to difficulty in extrusion forming, which had a large impact on the die life. Therefore, over-temperature extrusion process program was proposed, and a typical small-volume was tested. Results There was no significant difference in the surface quality between the products prepared by the over-temperature extrusion process and the warm extrusion process. Over-temperature extrusion process could produce small-volume blank with high surface quality. Conclusion The proposal of over-temperature extrusion process was supplementary to the warm extrusion technology, and provided a feasible process program for the manufacturing of small-volume blank.
