大蒜注射液对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤肠微循环的保护作用

摘  要:目的:研究大蒜注射液对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤时肠微循环的保护作用。方法:将36只SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、单纯缺血再灌注(IR)组、缺血再灌注加大蒜注射液(IR+SM)组,各12只。用医学图像分析系统在缺血30min、缺血再灌注60min时,分别记录肠系膜微动静脉管径、血流速度。结果:缺血30min时IR组、IR+SM组分别与对照组比较,微动静脉管径缩小,血流速度减慢(P<0.01);再灌注60min时IR+SM组与lR组比较、微动静脉扩张明显,血流速度加快(P<0.01);再灌注60min时IR+SM组与对照组比较,各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05),各项指标基本恢复正常。结论:大蒜注射液具有改善大鼠缺血再灌注损伤时肠微循环障碍的作用。Objective: To study the protective effect of allici on microcirculation of ischemia-reperfusion(IR) injury in mesentery of rats and discuss the possible mechanism. Methods: Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, IR group, IR +allici(IR+SM) group. The diameters, blood flow velocity of microcirculation and microvenule were evaluated by image analyzer after 30 mins of ischemia and 60 mins of reperfusion respectively. Results. Compare with control group, both of the diameters microvascular and the blood flow velocity decreased significantly in IR group and IR+SM group(P〈0.01) after 30 mins of ischemia. Compared with IR group, all the indexes in IR+SM group increased significantly(P〈0. 01) after 60 mins of reperfusiora But there was no any significant difference between IR+SM group and control group(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: SM may ameliorate microcirculation failure during IR.
