摘　　要：目的:探讨颈动脉三角区损伤的护理经验,为临床护理工作提供理论依据。方法:对5例颈动脉三角区外伤的急诊患者采取积极相应的护理措施,主要包括急救护理、术前和术后护理、预防并发症护理。结果:所有患者采取相应护理措施后均未发生并发症,患者伤口愈合良好。结论:对颈动脉三角区重要血管损伤患者通过正确积极的护理措施,能提高救治成功率、有效避免并发症的发生,促进患者康复、达到理想的临床治疗效果。Objective： To explore the nursing experience of the injury in the region of neck carotid triangle and provide a theoretical basis for clinical nursing work Methods： In five emergency cases with the traumatic carotid triangle the active nursing measures, including emergency nursing, preoperative and postoperative nursing measures, and the preventive care for the complications, had been carried out accordingly. Results： All patients were resaved without any complications and the healing of wound was very good. Conclusions： The positive nursing measures, which were carried out for the patients with the major vascular injury in the carotid triangle, can improve the successful rate of emergency treatment, effectively prevent the occurrence of complications, raise the effect of clinical treatment and promote the patients＇ rehabilitation.
