摘　　要：群众路线是党的基本工作路线和生命线。新形势下人民群众全新的时代需求要求群众路线与时俱进。结合时代发展的特征,对群众路线的与时俱进的内涵、原因、途径和方法等进行探讨。“Mass line”is the fundamental guiding route and lifeline of CPC. Under the new circum-stance,“mass line”campaign should advance with the times,in which people have new demands to meet. Combined with the features of current time,the authors investigates the connotations,reasons,approaches and methods of“mass line”campaign while marching with the times.
