摘 要:对295名(男177,女118)参加大学生运动会篮球和排球比赛的运动员赛前情绪与训练满意度因素间的关系进行了研究。探讨大学生运动员赛前情绪与训练满意度特点,为相关的干预研究提供科学依据。结果显示:训练满意度对赛前情绪影响作用较深或预测作用较强的依次是:躯体焦虑、自信、社会期待焦虑和个体失败焦虑。个人贡献、队友协作和成长进步对个体失败焦虑有显著负向预测作用;对自信有显著正向预测作用的因素包括民主行为、信心投入、队友竞争和队友协作;对社会期待焦虑有显著负向预测作用的是个人贡献和个人关怀;个人关怀、成长进步、队友竞争和日常管理对躯体焦虑都有显著负向预测作用。结果提示,使大学生运动员保持最佳竞技状态,应以提高其自身满意度为重点、教练员满意度为保障、队友和组织管理满意度为基础。Explore the characteristics of Pre-competition emotion and training satisfaction of college athletes and to provide basis for intervention programs. This paper makes study on relation between college athlete’s Pre-competition emotion and training satisfaction factors of 295 ( male ath-letes177 and female athletes 118 ) from university games basketball and volleyball. The result revealed that the training satisfaction before the emotional effects of deep or predict:somatic anxiety, self-confidence, social expecta-tions anxiety and individual failure anxiety. Individual contributions、teammates collaboration、growth and pro-gress can significantly and negatively predict individual failure anxiety;Confidence of devotion,democratic behav-ior,teammate collaboration and teammate competition can significantly and positive predict confidence;Individual contributions and personal care can significantly and neg-atively predict social expectation anxiety;Growth and pro-gress, personal care, day-to-day management and team-mate competition can significantly and negatively predict somatic anxiety. The results suggest that athletes maintain optimal competitive state should focus on in order to im-prove the self-satisfaction of the college athletes, coaches satisfaction of protection,teammates and organization and management satisfaction.
