体育院校高水平运动员大学生自主学习行为特征调查及相关学习策略研究——以南京体育学院运动系高水平运动员大学生为例

摘　　要：运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,以体育院校高水平运动员大学生自主学习行为为主要研究对象,走访并调查了我院运动系高水平运动员大学生150人次。研究发现,我院运动员大学生的自主学习行为受其自身特点及文化学习行为特点制约,具有明显的特殊性。研究分析认为,导致其学习行为特殊性的原因既有诸如学训矛盾的冲突;文化水平较低,没有为进入大学的学习打下良好基础;以及现有的教学模式过于刻板,不能发挥学生的主观能动性等客观因素,也有运动员大学生自身学习动机不够明确,自主学习意识的淡薄及缺乏学习毅力等主观原因。经专家调查咨询,获得完善大学生运动员学习行为的策略:进一步激发其学习动机;提高高水平运动员自主学习的能力;学校各部门通力合作,共同打造最优化的高水平运动员大学生自主学习管理模式,以此加强高水平运动员的自主学习能力,养成良好的学习习惯,以培养适应新时代发展需要的高素质体育人才。In this study,the literature,questionnaire,inter-view and mathematical statistics, high-level athletes in sports colleges Students conduct independent study as the main object of study,visit and investigate high-level ath-letes athletic department in our hospital 150 passengers Students. The study found that self-learning behavior in our hospital athlete college students learn by its own cul-tural characteristics and behavioral characteristics of con-straints,with obvious particularity. Research and analysis that led to the particularity of the reasons both learning behavior such as learning and training contradictory con-flict;low cultural level,there lay a good foundation for u-niversity study;and the existing teaching model is too rig-id,can not play the students’ subjective initiative and oth-er objective factors,but also the students themselves ath-letes motivation is not clear enough, weak and lacking self-study learning perseverance and other subjective rea-sons consciousness. The expert survey advice,college ath-letes get perfect learning behavior strategies：a further stimulate their motivation to learn;two high level athletes improve the ability of independent study;three schools and departments to work together to create the most opti-mized high-level athletes Students. . . independent learn-ing management model, in order to strengthen the self-learning ability of high-level athletes, to develop good study habits,in order to adapt to the new era of the devel-opment needs of the culture of high-quality sports talents.
