全麻复合罗哌卡因局麻在腰椎手术中的运用

摘　　要：目的：观察全麻复合罗哌卡因局麻在腰椎手术的麻醉效果，全麻药的用量，术后复苏时的舒适程度。方法选择择期腰椎手术60例，ASA评分1～2级，体重指数20～25，年龄18～65岁，手术时间1～3 h。以随机双盲法分为两组各30例，A组以静吸复合全麻加罗哌卡因局麻，B组以单纯静吸复合全麻。结果两组患者手术中追加全麻药舒芬太尼，维库溴铵，丙泊酚A组均少于B（P〈0.05）。拔管时间A组少于B组，拔管后舒适度A组高于B组，复苏室留观时间A组少于B组，复苏室舒芬太尼用量A组少于B组。结论全麻复合罗哌卡因局麻能减少术中全麻药的用量，全麻术后复苏时间短，复苏舒适程度高。Objective To investigate Nursing sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus patients.Methods Good care and preoperative preparation before surgery, to avoid getting out of bed early, to prevent bleeding wound, keep the wound clean and dry to prevent infection and delayed healing due, good wound care, prevention of urinary retention. Results The group underwent surgical excision of the lesion, with no recurrence.Conclusion The main treatment for sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus is surgical resection, preoperative and postoperative care and wound dressing for success rate of surgery is essential.
