超声引导下颈神经阻滞治疗颈源性头痛

摘　　要：目的：探讨颈神经阻滞治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法选取2011年11月～2013年11月在我院接受颈源性头痛治疗的患者33例研究对象，对患者实施颈神经阻滞治疗，观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果患者治疗后VAS评分以及头痛发生的次数、持续时间、睡眠不佳的情况和服用药物止痛的情况明显优于治疗之前，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在对颈源性头痛患者实施治疗的过程中，超声引导下颈神经阻滞的运用可以提高临床治疗的有效性及安全性，改善患者VAS评分情况，减少头痛发作次数和服用药物止痛的次数，缩短头痛的时间，具有显著的效果，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of cervical headache effect cervical nerve block. Methods from November 2011 to November 2013 in our hospital treatment of cervical headache study of 33 patients, for patients with cervical nerve block treatment,observation of clinical patient outcomes. Before theResults of the number of patients after treatment VAS scores and headache occurred, duration, poor sleep and a case was better than taking medication for pain treatment, a statistically signiifcant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the process of the implementation of cervical headache patient therapy, ultrasound-guided cervical nerve block can improve the use of clinical efifcacy and safety, improve patient VAS score, the reduction in the number and frequency of migraine attacks and pain medication shorten the time headache, with signiifcant effects, worthy of promotion.
