摘　　要：美国在产学研合作方面起步较早,是最早实行产学研合作的国家之一,也是应用最成功的国家。论文介绍了美国产学研合作的发展历程,将美国的多种产学研合作模式归纳为合作教育模式、合作研发模式和合作产业化模式三大类,并总结了美国产学研合作的成功经验。The study of industry-academy-research cooperation has developed early in the US. It is one of the earliest countries which not only implement but also apply this integrated model most successfully.This paper introduces the development on industry-academy-research cooperation in the U.S, which can be classified into three patterns： cooperative education model, R＆amp;D model, industrialization model. Finally, successful experiences are comprehensively summarized in the research.
