摘 要:本文针对我国高技术产业的投融资体系的现状,基于特征向量法-模糊综合评价法,构建出包括高技术企业因素、金融机构因素、政府政策因素、中介服务因素及其它因素等5项一级评价指标与22项二级评价指标的高技术产业投融资评价指标体系,并运用模糊评价模型对安徽省国家级高新技术园区内的投融资体系进行案例分析。结果表明:高技术企业自身、金融机构、政府以及其它因素在高技术产业投融资体系中的作用并不完善,中介服务体系较为健全,因此导致了整体高技术产业投融资体系水平一般。最后本文针对性地提出了完善我国高技术产业投融资体系的相关建议。This paper constructs an evaluation system of high-tech industry investment and financing with 5 first-level evaluation indexes ( copyright enterprise factor, financial institutions factor, government policy factor, inter-mediary service factor and other factors) , and 22 second-level evaluation indexes, which is based on Chinese status of high-tech industry investment and financing system, using feature-based vector method-fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.Then we use the fuzzy evaluation model to analyze the case of investment and financing evaluation system in Anhui national High-tech Zone.The result show that the investment and financing systems of enterprises, finan-cial institutions, governments and other factors are not yet complete, while the intermediary service system per-formed quite well in the evaluation.Thus, the overall level of investment and financing system in Chinese high-tech industries is in mediocre level.Finally some relevant recommendations are put forward to consummate the invest-ment and financing system of the high-tech industry.
