驻湘部队男性退休人员代谢综合征患病情况及其与心率变异的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨驻湘部队男性退休人员代谢综合征（MS）的患病情况及其与心率变异（HRV）的关系，为降低心血管病危险因素，预防心血管事件发生提供参考。方法选择驻湘部队男性退休人员4385名为研究对象，登记健康资料、体格检查以及生化项目检测，计算胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）。同时记录5 min 心率变异。结果4385名人员中，检出 MS 1361名，检出率为30.04%。随机纳入代谢综合征组（MS 组）100名，非代谢综合征组（N MS 组）100名。MS 组与 N MS 组相比心率变异的各项指标，包括窦性 R-R 间期均值总体标准差（SDNN）、SDNN的均值指数（SDANN）等显著下降，两者之间有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。结论驻湘部队男性退休人员 MS检出率较高，需重视对这部分人群心电图的检测及心律失常的预防。Objective]To investigate the incidence of metabolic syndrome in retirees of Hunan armies,and to explore its correlation with heart rate variability（HRV）in order to provide the reference to reduce the risk factors and prevent cardiovascular events.[Methods]Totally 4385 retirees in Hunan armies were chosen as the study sub-jects.Health information,physical examination and biochemical index examination were registered.Insulin resist-ance index（HOMA-IR）was calculated.At the same time,5min HRV was recorded.[Results]Among 4385 per-sons,1361 persons were MS,and the detection rate was 30.04%.A total of 100 persons were enrolled in MS group,and 100 persons were enrolled in non-MS group（NMS group）.Compared with NMS group,HRV in MS group was markedly decreased,and there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The detection rate of MS in retirees of Hunan armies is higher.Electrocardiography and prevention of arrhythmias for this population should be emphasized.
