摘　　要：青岛创建中日韩地方经济合作示范城市,是建设山东半岛蓝色经济区和东北亚国际航运中心的需要,也是助推产业升级的需要。青岛拥有经济发达、开放度高和区位优越等诸多优势,要紧抓中日韩地方经济合作示范区的重大机遇,努力建设面向日韩的国际贸易中心城市,推动保税港区向自由贸易港区转型,推进日韩产业园建设,捕捉全球产业分工的新趋势,探索更加便利化的贸易机制,促进金融服务业发展,从而加快建设中日韩地方经济合作示范城市的步伐。Building the demonstration city of China-Japan-ROK regional economic cooperation in Qingdao is not only the need of building Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Northeast Asia international shipping center ,but also the need of promoting the industrial upgrading .Qingdao has lots of advantages including developed economy ,great openness and superior location .It should seize the great opportunities in the China-Japan-ROK regional economic cooperative demonstration zone and strive to build an international trade center city facing Japan and ROK .In order to accelerate the con-struction of China-Japan-ROK regional economic cooperative demonstration city ,it should push the transition from bonded port zone to free trade port zone ,promote the construction of Japan-ROK in-dustrial parks ,capture new trends in global industrial division ,explore more convenient trade mecha-nism and promote the development of the financial services industry .
