摘 要:采用人工摩擦接种鉴定方法,对2004—2008年吉林省选育的30份大豆新品种(系)进行针对东北大豆花叶病毒主要流行株系1号株系和3号株系的抗性鉴定。结果表明:对1号株系表现抗病及以上的品种18份,占参鉴总数的60.00%,表现感病的品种4份,占参鉴总数的13.33%;对3号株系表现抗病及以上的品种7份,占参鉴总数的23.33%,表现感病及以上的品种15份,占参鉴总数的50.00%;对1号和3号株系均表现抗病及以上的品种7份,占参鉴总数的23.33%。Using the method of artificial inoculation identification,the resistance SMV1 and SMV3 strains of northeast of 30 new soybean varieties(lines)from Jilin Province in 2004—2008 were identified.The results showed that 18 varieties were resistant to strains SMV1,account for 60.00%of the total.4 varieties were susceptible to strains SMV1,account for 13.33%of the total.7 varieties were resistant to strains SMV3,account for 23.33%of the total.15 varieties were susceptible to strains SMV3,account for 50.00%of the total.7 varieties were resistant to both strains SMV1 and SMV3,account for 23.33%of the total.
