摘  要:本文简述了WD615气缸体原传统铸造工艺砂芯结构存在的几个不足的方面,及其在冲天炉熔炼铁液的生产条件下易产生气孔等类铸造缺陷;较详细地介绍了主体芯、水套芯、挺杆室芯优化的砂芯结构设计,其对于气缸体类铸件的浇注系统、冒口系统的优化可提供良好的基础条件,以利于气缸体类铸铁件克服气孔、砂眼类铸造缺陷,及其提高铸件的铸造生产效率。This paper briefly introduces the disadvantages of traditional casting process for sand core structure used to produce WD615 cyhnder block. This paper also mentions the casting defects which easily appear in the cupola melting iron production conditions, such as the blowhole. The structure design of main core, water jacket core, tappet chamber core is also introduced in detail. It can provide a good basic conditions for optimizing gating system and riser system of cylinder bl^k casting. It is good for overcoming the casting defects such as blowhole, sand inclusion and so on, thus to improve the production efficiency of casting foundry.
