挂线联合硬化治疗肛瘘合并混合痔62例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肛瘘合并混合痔同期手术的可行性。方法回顾性分析某院自2008年～2013年对62例肛瘘合并混合痔患者同期行手术治疗，并随机抽取单行肛瘘手术62例患者，两组作比较观察。结果在手术时间，住院时间、创面愈合时间及疼痛方面两组均无统计学差异，均痊愈出院，随访2～12个月，均无肛瘘复发，痔回缩满意。结论肛瘘合并混合痔同期手术是安全可行的，具有疗效高，并发症少，复发率低等优点。Purpose：The feasibility study report operation in a and hemorrho the research corresponding of the corresponding dult with anal fistula id. Nethods Analysis group which do the operation（62 patients with fistula and hemorrhoid） control group which, do the drawing operation only（62 with fistula）.The period and the thread- patients 2008 to 2013. Results There is no significant difference between the two groups in operation peroid, in-patient period, wound healing period and the pain index. Conclusion：The corresponding operation in adult wit lea of h anal fistula and sible and safe, with high curative hemorrhoid is the advantages effects, low complications and low recurrenceetc.
