摘 要:传统"日前调度计划+AGC控制"的调度模式,时间跨度大,精细化程度低,不仅给调度人员造成沉重的工作负担,更给电网安全稳定运行埋下隐患。针对上述问题,从时序上进行扩展,增加滚动计划与实时计划两个调度环节,提出了"日前调度计划+滚动调度计划+实时偏差调整+实时校正控制"的多时序协调调度计划模式,开发了相应的支持系统,并在贵州电网进行了推广应用。该系统有效降低了调度人员值班过程中对机组出力调整的工作量,提升了电网运行的可靠性和调度业务的精益化水平。The traditional dispatch module of "day-ahead dispatch planning plus AGC control" has several weaknesses, such as big time span and low fineness, which not only cause heavy work burden to dispatch workers, but also bring hidden safety and stablity trouble to power grid. Aiming at this problem, two dispatching segments as rolling planning and realtime planing are added, and the time sequence is expended. Thus the multi-period coordinated power generation dispatch strategy of "day-ahead schedule + rolling dispatch schedule + realtime diviation adjustment + realtime adjustment control "is developed. Its support system has been introduced to Guizhou Power Grid. This system may effetively decrease workload of dispatchers in the process of unit output adjustment on duty, and improve the performance of the power system.
