摘 要:针对目前电网节能降耗水平常规评价方法存在受输送电量影响大,在输送电量大幅波动时基本失去指向性的问题,基于常规电量损耗率计算方法,创造性地提出了扩展损耗率指标,该指标计算公式及其推导过程表明,该方法保留了线路电阻、线路电压以及功率变化特征曲线等损耗影响因子,而有效剔除了电量效应影响。简单算例多工况验算结果表明,该扩展损耗率指标可以准确反映降低线路电阻、提高运行电压等措施的节能降损效益。另外由南方电网西电东送通道输电效率评价计算结果对比来看,常规损耗率评价指标呈现不规则波动,而扩展损耗率指标则呈现稳定下降趋势,准确反映出近年西电东送通道建设不断加强,通道输电效率逐年提高的真实情况。The conventional transmission efficiency evaluation by ratio of transmission loss and transmission volume ( electric energy loss rate) is almost meaningless when energy volume fluctuates. The extended energy loss rate is proposed creatively based on conven- tional electric energy loss rate. The formula and derivation process indicates that the index relates with loss impact factors such as the line resistance, operating voltage and transmission power curves, but excludes the energy volume fluctuation. Calculation of multiple simple examples shows that the proposed index can effectively response to the change of line resistance and operating voltage. By com- paring to the result of conventional method evaluating the west to east power transmission efficiency, which shows an irregular fluctua- tion in loss rate, the proposed index shows that the energy loss rate is decline steadily, which accurately reflect the real situation that the west to east channel is strengthen and the channel transmission efficiency is increased in recent years.
