摘  要:为了检测隧道灭菌烘箱内的温度均匀性等指标以保证药品安全,设计了专用于隧道灭菌烘箱的温度检测系统。选择K型热电偶温度传感器作为检测元件,针对热电偶的特点,利用AD590测量室温进行冷端补偿,高精度低漂移集成运放OP07对热电偶电压放大后经ICL7109进行A/D转换送AT89C51单片机,通过RS232串口发送到上位机。在上位机中利用专用软件对温度数据分析处理,实现温度数据和波形的实时显示并最终生成隧道烘箱的温度检测报告。测试结果表明,该设计检测温度的精确度高可靠性好,在隧道烘箱的温度检测方面,具有很高的实用性。In order to detect the temperature uniformity of tunnel oven to ensure drug safety, a temperature aetecuuu system only used in tunnel oven is designed. This design used K type thermocouples temperature sensor as the detecting element, According to the characteristics of thermoeouples, AD590 measured room temperature for cold junction compensation, after high precision low drift integrated amplifier OP07 amplified the voltage of thermocouples, 1CL7109 will process A/D transform. Then the digital signal will transfer to AT89C51 MCU, at last, through the serial port of MCU, temperature data transfer to the upper computer. It will be have special software to Analysis of temperature data and realize Real-time display of temperature and waveform. Ultimately make the tunnel drying oven temperature test report. Test result shows that this design has good accuracy and reliability, In terms of tunnel oven temperature detection, it has high practicability.
