高校图书馆核心竞争力和高校科研能力相关性研究——以“211”高校为例

摘　　要：利用文献分析法、网络调查法和计量经济学方法分析高校图书馆核心竞争力与高校科研能力之间的相关性。实证研究发现,高校图书馆核心竞争力与高校科研能力之间显著相关。回归分析表明,在编馆员人数、馆员发表论文篇数、年度总经费和年度新闻数与高校科研能力显著正相关;高校图书馆是否参与一个或多个区域图书馆联盟对高校科研能力虽存在正向影响作用但并不显著;馆舍面积与高校科研能力相关但不显著,并且受高校类别与地区差异的影响。The paper analyzes the correlation between university＇ s research ability and its library＇ s core competence by literature investigation, online survey and econometric analysis. The research shows that the library＇ s core competence has the significant positive influence on the university＇ s research ability. The number of librarians, the published papers written by librarians, the annual expenditure and news about the library has the significant positive influence to the univer- sity＇ s research ability. Meanwhile, university＇ s research ability improves but not insignificantly when a library joins into one or more alliances. Library area also has the insignificant correlation with the university＇ s research ability, which is mostly affected by university categories and regional differences.
