硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液抑菌剂浓度筛选与抑菌效力研究

摘　　要：目的探索硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液中抑菌剂的合理添加剂量。方法根据药物成分的特性,选择适宜的抑菌剂,并对不同浓度抑菌剂的抑菌效果进行初步考察,筛选出适宜的供试品抑菌剂加入量。选择有代表性的挑战微生物加入供试品中进行挑战试验,测试微生物在不同时间段的存活情况。结果 0.028%羟苯乙酯对5种挑战微生物的生长有良好的抑制作用,且为最低有效剂量。结论 0.028%羟苯乙酯可作为硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的抑菌剂。Objective To investigate the optimal concentration of antimicrobial preservative added to pilocarpine nitrate eye drops.Methods According to the characteristic of ingredients of the product,several kinds of antimicrobial preservatives were selected.The antimicrobial effectiveness of antimicrobial preservatives at different concentrations was tested to screen the optimal concentration.The representative test microorganisms were selected to add into the test samples for challenge test to evaluate the survival of microorganisms at different time periods.Results The growth of 5kinds of test microorganisms was inhibited effectively by 0.028%ethylparaben in pilocarpine nitrate eye drops,which was the minimum effective dosage.Conclusion 0.028% ethylparaben can be used as the antimicrobial preservative for pilocarpine nitrate eye drops.
