摘　　要：目的:观察天王复心片对冠状动脉结扎大鼠缺血心肌组织TLR4表达的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉法复制心肌缺血模型,随机分组并连续给药21d后,采用免疫组化和PCR法观察天王复心片可对大鼠缺血心肌TLR4表达的影响。结果:天王复心片可调控心肌缺血大鼠炎症信号TLR4蛋白与基因。结论:天王复心片抗心肌缺血作用机制可能与调节炎症信号TLR4有关。Objective：To observe the effect of Tianwang Fuxin tablets on the TLR4 expression in the ischemic myocardium of rats with coronary artery ligation and to investigate its possible action mechanism. Methods：A myocardial ischemia model was established by ligation of the coronary artery in rats, which were randomly divided and given medicine for 21 days. Immunohistochemistry and PCR were used to observe the effect of Tianwang Fuxin tablets on the TLR4 expression in the ischemic myocardium of rats. Resuhs：Tianwang Fuxin tablets can regulate the protein and gene of inflammation signal TLR4 in rats with myocardial ischemia. Conclusion：The anti - myocardial ischemia mechanism of Tianwang Fuxin tablets may be related to the regulation of inflammation signal TLR4.
