摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法建立白蔹药材中大黄素的测定方法。方法：采用Wondasil C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为：甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（85∶15）溶液,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0m L/min。结果：大黄素进样量在0.005~0.0612mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.54。结论：本方法可作为白蔹药材的质量控制方法。Objective ： To establish a method for determining the content of emodin in Radix Ampelopsis by high -performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Methods： HPLC was conducted on a Wondasil Cla column（ 150mm ×4.6mm,5μm）with a mobile phase of methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid （85：15 ）at a detection wavelength of 254nm and a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. Results：Emodin showed a good linear relationship between the sample size and peak area in the range of 0. 005 - 0. 0612mg/ml. The average recovery rate was 98. 68%, and the relative standard deviation was 0. 54. Conclusion ： The HPLC method can be used for the quality control of the medical mate- rial of Radix Ampelopsis.
