摘  要:目的研究恶性肿瘤化疗患者口腔念珠菌定植及耐药情况。方法采用真菌分离鉴定技术,对某医院住院接受化疗的恶性肿瘤患者口腔定植念珠菌及其耐药性进行检测。结果 258例恶性肿瘤化疗患者口腔念珠菌定植率为35.27%,非肿瘤人群口腔念珠菌定植率为25.74%。肿瘤病人口腔定植的念珠菌以白色念珠菌定植率最高,其次为近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、克柔念珠菌、光滑念珠菌等。肿瘤病人口腔分离的白色念珠菌中有2株对氟康唑、伊曲康唑、伏立康唑三种抗真菌药耐药。结论恶性肿瘤化疗患者口腔念珠菌的定植率较高,且产生了耐药菌株,提示临床应加强对真菌耐药性监测。Objective To study the distribution and the drug resistance of oral Candida species colonization in malignant tumors patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods Fungi separation and identification technique were used to detect the oral colonization of Candida for malignant tumor patients and its drug resistance. Results The oral colonization rate of Candida in 258 patients was 35. 27%,which was statistically higher than that in the control( 25. 74%). The C. albicans in patients group was the most frequent specie among all the identified Candida isolated,followed by C. parapsilosis,C. tropicalis,C. krusei,C. glabrata,et al. There were two strains of C. albicans of the C. albicans strains isolated from patients group resisted to Fluconazole,Iitraconazole and Voriconazole. Conclusion The colonization rate of Candida in the malignant tumors patients is high. Some of the Candidas from patients exhibit resistance to the tested anti- fungal drugs. The results of this study indicates that we should enhance monitoring the drug resistance of fungi.
