摘 要:目的研究ATP生物荧光检测法与细菌定量检测法对现场环境物体表面细菌负载检测结果相关性及数学模型。方法通过现场采样与检测方法,对两种检测技术结果进行统计分析和评价。结果 ATP荧光检测法与常规细菌定量检测法检测结果 Peason相关系数为0.851,二次方模型y=0.804-0.095x+0.309 x2(R=0.785)拟合度较高。结论 ATP荧光检测法与常规细菌定量检测法在现场物体表面细菌负载检测中结果具有较好相关性,其检测结果具有一定的可靠性。Objective To study the correlation and the mathematic model of ATP fluorescence assay and bacterial quantitative detection method for the bacteria load on the object surface on the spot. Methods The field sampling and detection methods were used to carry out statistical analysis and evaluation of the two detection results. Results The Peason correlation coefficient of ATP fluorescence test and result of bacteria counting method was 0. 851. The fitting degree quadratic model y = 0. 804- 0. 095 x + 0. 309 x2( R = 0. 785) was higher. Conclusion Results of the ATP fluorescence assay and the lab bacteria counting method for the bacteria load on the object surface on the spot have a good correlation. Results Results of these detections are reliable.
