摘 要:目的观察ATP生物荧光技术对医务人员手卫生质量监测效果,探讨其在卫生质量监测中的应用价值。方法采用生物荧光检测仪,对医务人员手上污染菌数进行检测,同时与细菌定量检测方法作平行比较。结果在含菌量为102~106cfu/ml范围内,随着细菌数的增加,ATP含量也随之升高。菌数对数值与ATP含量对数值成线性关系(r=0.998,P〈0.01)。细菌定量检测方法测得医务人员手卫生质量合格率为52%;用ATP生物荧光检测法测定医务人员手卫生质量合格率为64%,二者差异无统计学意义(P=0.777)。结论细菌污染量在一定范围内,活菌数对数值与ATP含量对数值成线性关系,ATP生物荧光检测法可用于医务人员手卫生质量监测。Objective To observe the effect of ATP bioluminescence assay in monitoring medical personnel’s hands hygiene quality,and to explore the application value of monitoring hygiene quality. Methods ATP bioluminescence analyzer was used to monitor medical personnel’s hands hygiene quality,and results were compared with the quantitative bacterial colony count test. Results When bacterial concentration was 102~ 106 cfu / ml,with the increasing number of bacteria,the ATP content was increased. There was a linear relationship( r = 0. 998,P 〈 0. 01) between logarithm of bacterial colony count and logarithm of ATP content. The qualified rate of medical personnel’s hands was 52% by using quantitative bacterial colony count test,while the qualified rate of medical personnel’s hands was 64% by using ATP bioluminescence assay,there was no statistical significance( P = 0. 777). Conclusion There is linear relationship between bacterial colony count and ATP content when the bacterial concentration is a certain range. ATP bioluminescence assay can be used to monitor medical personnel’s hands hygiene quality.
