某医院临床护士医疗锐器伤现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士医疗锐器伤的发生情况,为制定相关措施及向管理部门提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对某医院临床一线护理人员医疗锐器伤发生情况进行调查。结果共计调查临床一线护士1 666名,有279人发生过至少一次锐器伤,占16.75%;发生370例次,例次发生率为22.21%。医疗锐器伤发生环节居前三位的是双手回套针帽、输液过程中加药和手术器械整理,发生率分别为15.68%、15.14%、10.81%;导致损伤的器械主要是一次性注射器针具、头皮钢针和手术缝针。发生率居首位的是普通病房,构成比为57.03%,其次是手术室和消毒供应中心。结论临床护士是医疗锐器伤害的主体,操作流程不规范、不安全操作是锐器伤发生的主要因素,重点防范措施是加强培训和规范操作行为。Objective To investigate the incidence of the clinical nurse medical sharp injuries,so as to develop the relevant measures and to provide the reference for the management. Methods Using the retrospective questionnaire survey methods,the occurrence of the clinical frontline nurse medical sharp injuries in the hospital was investigated. Results The total number of the line clinical nurse surveyed was 1 666,among which 279 people occurred at least once sharp injuries,accounting for 16. 75%. 370 cases of the sharp injury occurred,accounting for 22. 21%. The top three parts of the medical sharp injuries were handing back needle cap,dosing and organizing the surgical instruments during infusion. The occurrence rates were 15. 68%,15. 14%,10. 81% respectively. The weapons leading to the damage were mainly disposable syringes needles,scalp needles and surgical stitches. The incidence in the first place was the ordinary ward,the constituent ratio was57. 03%,followed by the operating room and sterile supply departments. Conclusion The clinical nurses are the medical sharp injury themes. No standard operating procedures and insecurity are still the major factors for the sharp injuries. The preventive measures are to strengthen and standardize the operating behavior.
