摘　　要：目的了解ICU医务人员手卫生干预措施对医院感染发生率的影响。方法通过回顾性调查和前瞻性研究方法,对某医院ICU医务人员手卫生干预措施与住院患者医院感染相关性进行了研究。结果该医院ICU医务人员手卫生依从性由干预前的58.5%,提高到干预过程中的75.7%。该医院ICU医务人员手卫生执行率与同时住院患者医院感染发生率具有一定相关性,可使中心静脉插管留置相关感染率明显下降。结论通过实施干预措施,可明显提高医务人员手卫生执行率,对医院感染率的下降起到一定促进作用。Objective To understand the effects of hand hygiene interventions for ICU on the incidence of nosocomial infection. Methods The retrospective and prospective methods for the hand hygiene interventions associated with inpatients nosocomial infections were studied in ICU of some hospital. Results The hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in ICU of this hospital was significantly higher in the intervention unit（ 75. 7% vs 58. 5%,P 〈 0. 001）. The compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in ICU was related with the hospital infection rate of inpatients and hand hygiene interventions decreased the infection rate of central veins intubation detaining. Conclusion Hand hygiene interventions can significantly improve hand hygiene compliance of medical staff and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
