摘　　要：通过对Y一代学习特点、文化需求特点以及独特思维方式的分析,阐述了图书馆文化建设的指导思想,提出了图书馆文化建设的对策。Through analyzing the learning features, cultural demand characteristics and unique thinking way of generation Y, this paper expounds the guiding thought of library culture construction, and puts forward some countermeasures for library culture construction.
