摘  要:为更详尽地解释电极内部发生的导电过程、电解液浸入过程和化学催化过程,使用数字图像相关的方法对电极内部各成分的分布情况进行模拟,使电极内部各材料的分布与连通性直观可见,以帮助设计具有不同优势的空气电极,并在导电性、浸液量与催化性能方面进行验证。电极的导电性随着石墨所占比例的增加而增强;电极的吸液能力随着活性炭含量的增加而增强。当石墨、乙炔黑、活性炭与Mn O2的质量比为1∶1∶4∶2时,Mn O2有最合适的催化区域。A digital images method was developed to simulate the distribution of the particles, which made the distribution of the different kinds of particles visible in the gas diffussion electrode. By analysing the visible particles, the electric conduction, osmosis of electrolyte and catalysis effect in electrode could be better explained. The method could be used to design electrodes with different advantages. To validate the method, experiments on electric conduction, osmosis process and catalysis effects were applied. The conductivity of the electrode became better with the increment of graphite; the absorbency of the electrode became better with the increment of activated carbon ;when the mass ratio of graphite, acetylene black, activated carbon and MnO2 was 1: 1:4: 2, the MnO2 in the electrode catalyzed the most appropriate area.
