基于回迁居民的智慧图书馆社区服务初探

摘　　要：随着城市建设的不断发展,回迁居民这个特殊群体的数量不断增加,生活环境的变化也给他们带来了很大困扰。如何提高回迁居民精神文化生活使其尽快适应环境变化,成为当前重要而紧迫的社会课题。阐述了回迁居民对图书馆社区服务的渴求,分析了回迁居民利用图书馆服务的困难与障碍,基于智慧图书馆的特征和服务模式,对智慧图书馆对回迁居民的服务进行了展望,探讨了智慧社区图书馆建设应注意的问题。With the development of urban construction,the number of the relocated residents,a special group,continues to increase. And the change of living environment also gives them a lot of problems. How to improve the spiritual and cultural life of the relocated residents,and how to help them adapt to the environment conversion as soon as possible,have become the important and urgent social issues. This paper expounds the urgent needs of the relocated residents for library＇s community service,analyzes the difficulties and obstacles existing in relocated residents＇ use of the library,and based on the features and service modes of the smart library,discusses the prospects of smart library＇s service for relocated residents,and probes into some problems needing attention in the construction of smart library.
