基层医疗卫生从业人员文献信息需求与实现模式调查

摘　　要：通过问卷调查,揭示了基层医疗服务人员的文献信息需求与实现模式,特别是对医学院校图书馆服务的需求。调查结果显示:在被调查人员中,对专业文献资料有紧缺感的占74.2%;主要通过网络获取专业文献信息的占76.2%,以阅读电子文献为主的占51.7%;希望医学院校图书馆向社会开放的占95.4%,有文献信息检索与传递等咨询服务需求的占62.9%。调查结论是:医学院校图书馆向基层医院从业人员开放服务,对图书馆基本服务的影响较小,具有较强的现实意义。Through the questionnaire survey, this paper reveals the literature information demands and implementation mode of basic medical and health employees, especially the demands for medical college library. Survey results show that among the surveyed people, 74.22% have a feeling of shortage to professional literature, 76.2% get professional literature information mainly through Internet, 51.7% give priority to reading electronic literature, 95.4% hope that the medical college libraries open to the public, and 62.9% have the demands for consultation service such as the literature information retrieval and transfer. The survey conclusion is that the medical college library＇s opening for primary hospital＇s employees has little effect on basic services and has a stronger practical significance.
